Aquasana AQ-4000 Countertop Filter Fits the Bill

Looking to replace those plastic water bottles? The Aquasana AQ-4000 countertop filter for us fit the bill very nicely. With the economy in shambles we decided to start looking at ways to cut down on our costs. One of the items that popped out was buy plastic water bottles. Have you ever figured the cost of the water? It’s more expensive that gasoline!

We choose the Aquasana AQ-4000 brand after a lot of careful research. The company’s products are made in the United States and are Underwriters Laboratories approved. They have won the Consumer Digest’s magazine Best Buy award. It has a twin-cartridge system that is vastly superior to the “pitcher” type, get them at Wal-Mart water filters. The cost per gallon with the Aquasana is only nine cents a gallon. Hook up was super simple, it took seconds. Replacement cartridges are very reasonable and need only to be done every six months.
