While selecting the Gym, the first important considerations should be the location and environment of the Gym. During exercises a lot of oxygen is required and the location should be least polluting as possible. Toxic inhalation of indoor or outdoor pollution might complicate problems as well. It will be a good idea to choose a Gym located in county side if possible and there should be least polluting industries. Many gyms claim that they have installed air filters and have efficient pollution control systems, but I suggest one should choose these Gyms only in case you run out of choices.
