Don’t Make Your Exercise Cycle Be A Dust Collector
Has your exercise bike seen better days? Is it collecting dust or is it being used as a clothes hanger? One reason for all this might just be the fact that the exercise bike sitting inactive is out dated. Yeah sure you bought it at a tag sale years ago for a steal, but it wasn’t a very good bike to begin with, right? It wasn’t fun to ride. It was uncomfortable. So you bagged the exercise bike. Well exercise cycles have come a long way, and you get what you pay for. If the time is right to once again resurface the idea of working out at home on an exercise cycle than the first thing you need to do is trash that old dust collector tag sale gem of yours and get informed of what these new breed of stationary bikes will do.
Cycles range from $500 and up. If you have around $1000 you can find some well made ones that will be comfortable and give you years of service. Think of it as an investment in good health and the price tag won’t feel so bad. A quality exercise bike for the home will be more enjoyable to you. You’ll want to spend time on it. You won’t make it a clothes hanger and dust won’t be collecting on it. But the good news is that working out on one will keep you in shape and that is like money in the bank.
