Sunglass Cords Can Save Your Trip
I had the opportunity to go out on vacation not too long ago. I decided to go mountain climbing. As it was a bright and sunny day I decided to take along my Ray Bans. The trip started out beautifully. The bottom half of the first mountain I tackled had a gentle slope and the going was easy. The second half was a little steeper and rockier. While I was climbing over some of rocks, my sunglasses slipped off of my face, fell, and broke on the rocks beneath me.
This presented me with something of a problem as I was up above the tree line and the sun was very bright. I was too far up the mountain to turn back. I climbed the rest of the way up the mountain squinting and barely able to see the path in front of me. I kept stumbling and tripping over rocks. Because I hadn’t bothered with a simple sunglass cord or anything the whole first day of my trip was messed up. Next time I’ll just spend three or four dollars. Anyone setting out on a trip outdoors should be sure they have their sunglass cords.
