Work out the insane way – Insanity workout
Shaun T has come out with something very different this time round. He has used his sports knowledge to create a unique work out called insanity workout program. The program has a regime for 60days. The Insanity workout program is available on DVDs. There are ten different videos based on sports. Each video is for duration of about half an hour to an hour. You can choose the videos based on time available. The DVD also has suggestions for diet control.
Shaun’s idea here is based on something called Max interval training. His idea is to work out for as long as you can and spend the maximum energy without taking a break. This will pump up the heart beat and help in reducing the fat in the body and developing great looking abs. For those who are into sports this is a very good program to keep fit and healthy. What’s more it is a work out where you do not have to worry about gadgets and machines trying to instruct you on what needs to be done. Just play the DVD and follow the Insanity workout nutritional guide and work out along with Shaun. It is a low investment workout that will give you the maximum results if done properly for the 60 day period.
